🌱 Strengthening Nutrition from the Roots Up Through Seed Banks

Promoting Food Security and Sustainable Nutrition in Birbhum, West Bengal

As part of its continued efforts to address malnutrition and hunger through sustainable solutions, the WePlant India Initiative conducted awareness sessions on the importance of seed banks in Birbhum, West Bengal.

The sessions were led by Ms. Aparna Marandi, District Programme Coordinator (DPC), and held at Tarapur Primary School, Tarapit Primary School, and Tarapit Haripara Primary School. These engagements marked an important step toward strengthening food security and nutrition at the community level.
