Two Seed Banks Established in Vagheri to Strengthen School Nutrition and Sustainability

Under the We Plant initiative, another meaningful step was taken today in Vagheri, Maharashtra, with the successful establishment of two new Seed Banks at Z.P. School Urdu, Vagheri, and Z.P. School Marathi, Vagheri. This initiative was led by our dedicated team member, bringing the mission of nutrition and sustainability directly into school communities. 🌾✨

These Seed Banks will enable students and teachers to grow nutritious food locally, encouraging practical learning around seed saving, planting, and sustainable food practices. By involving children at an early age, the initiative helps build values of self-reliance, environmental responsibility, and food security.
