As part of its continued commitment to combating malnutrition and hunger, the We Plant Delhi team conducted awareness visits across the communities of Bhalswa and Jahangirpuri in Delhi.
The outreach included interactions at a private clinic, an Anganwadi centre, and a local school—creating a comprehensive platform to engage healthcare providers, caregivers, educators, and community members in meaningful dialogue about nutrition and food security.

These collaborative efforts help build:
The outreach in Bhalswa and Jahangirpuri reflects the core mission of We Plant Delhi—to create lasting change through awareness, engagement, and grassroots action.
Step by step, conversation by conversation, the initiative continues planting the seeds of well-being, resilience, and hope. Because every child deserves the opportunity to grow up nourished, healthy, and free from hunger.
Together, we move closer to a future where no child is left behind. 🌿
