As part of the WePlant India – Ending Hunger & Malnutrition initiative, Ms. Sara, District Programme Coordinator (DPC), led a tree plantation drive at a school in Almora, Uttarakhand, inspiring students to become active participants in building a greener, healthier, and more sustainable future.

The initiative encouraged young learners to understand that planting a tree is far more than an environmental activity. Every fruit-bearing tree has the potential to improve community nutrition, strengthen biodiversity, restore ecosystems, and create sustainable food sources for future generations.
