A follow up visit that celebrates healthy growth and a stronger Seedbank network

On 20 November 2025, our District Program Coordinator from Kota, Ms. Priyanka, visited the Devnarayan Temple to check on the saplings she had planted earlier on 15 August 2025. What she witnessed brought joy and pride — the young plants are growing strong, healthy, and full of promise. Their steady growth reflects the power of consistent care, community involvement, and the long-term vision behind We Plant. 🌿✨
During her visit, Ms. Priyanka also collected 87 Sitaphal (Custard Apple) seeds from the Seedbank at the Sundernagar Anganwadi Centre. These seeds will help extend our mission of creating green, nutrition-rich spaces across communities. Each seed saved today becomes a powerful tool for tomorrow’s nourishment.
Through the We Plant initiative, every sapling and every seed carries a purpose:
🌱 to fight malnutrition by promoting fruit-bearing plantations
🌾 to help communities grow their own nutritious produce
🌳 to create self-sustaining green zones that benefit generations
These actions remind us that planting is not a one-day activity — it is a continuous journey of nurturing, learning, and growing together.
Let us continue to plant, protect, and promote a greener and healthier tomorrow.
Together, we grow hope — one seed, one sapling, one community at a time. 🌍💚
