WePlant Kerala Program Inauguration by Her Excellency Smt. Sheila Dikshit

WePlant's mission to end malnutrition and starvation deaths through fruit tree plantation took a significant step forward with the inauguration of our Kerala program by the esteemed Her Excellency Smt. Sheila Dikshit, the former Delhi Chief Minister (serving from 4th December 1998 to 27th December 2013) and the present Governor for the state of Kerala.

The event, held on the Museum premises, marked a momentous occasion for WePlant as we expanded our reach to the beautiful state of Kerala. With the support and presence of Smt. Sheila Dikshit, our commitment to creating a healthier and greener tomorrow gained further momentum.

WePlant's vision is to establish Nishkamakarma Ashrams in every district of India, where seeds saved through SeedBanks in schools will be planted by dedicated student volunteers. Fruit tree saplings will be nurtured and cultivated, creating public orchards in villages across the country. Our goal is to ensure that fruits become available and accessible to every individual, thus eradicating malnutrition and starvation deaths.
